What do we at the end of our grit? The Resilient Global Worker Study listened to the experience and wisdom of ~900 cross-cultural ministers of the Gospel. What they shared transformed our understanding of how to persevere with joy. Subscribe and join us.
WHY - After 25 years in vocational ministry and 10+ years researching resilience and counseling others in ministry, I can best serve a small number of highly committed clients as they use the friction they are experiencing to find the traction they need to safeguard what is most precious in this season of their life and ministry.
WHO - The clients who seem to be drawn to working with me are often: 1) making the difficult "YES!" with their lives to join Jesus' mission in the world and live their life 'in the Holy Spirit'. 2) they tend to be (but not always) in their 30s with young kids and multiple years of ministry experience, often in 3) seasons of consequential transition.
HOW - 1) Online workshops build the core relationship and resilience skills. 2) Then week-long counseling retreats and ongoing counseling sessions help couples and individuals process how what's happening in their lives reveals what's happening in their hearts. 3) So that clients can develop the practices and postures of missional resilience -- of turning toward their core relationships with God, with one another, and with themselves, as they seek to fulfill their sacred purpose with their one precious life.
IF THIS RESONATES - the next step is a short conversation. I'd like to better understand what you're needing and for you to better understand how I could help. You may have some questions you'd like clarified too.
