Missional Resilience

What do we at the end of our grit? The Resilient Global Worker Study listened to the experience and wisdom of ~900 cross-cultural ministers of the Gospel. What they shared transformed our understanding of how to persevere with joy. Subscribe and join us.

A Ministry of Missional Resilience

  • With over 25 years in vocational ministry and over a decade counseling leaders in transition, I’ve found my calling in helping a small number of highly committed ministers safeguard what is most precious in their lives and service.
  • Whether you’re facing exhaustion, transition, relational strain, or spiritual dryness, I create space for you to slow down, reorient, and recover the clarity and courage you need to move forward.
  • Because sometimes the friction you feel is the very place where traction begins.

Who I Work With

I primarily serve ministers of the Gospel who are:

  • Making the difficult “YES” to live on mission with Jesus.
  • Often in their 30s (but not always), with young families and years of ministry behind them.
  • Navigating seasons of consequential transition — discerning what’s next, what’s true, and what’s possible.

How I Help

My approach blends research-based tools, pastoral presence, and clinical skill. Here's what it looks like:

  1. Online Workshops – Build essential relational and resilience skills
  2. Counseling Retreats – Week-long intensives in Kentucky designed for renewal, clarity, and breakthrough
  3. Ongoing Sessions – Regular therapy for individuals and couples, available online or in-person

Everything is designed to help you turn toward God, one another, and yourself — so you can live into your sacred purpose with greater freedom, depth, and resilience.

If this resonates, the next step is simple: let’s talk.

A 20-minute phone call gives us a chance to:

  • Clarify what you’re needing.

  • Answer your questions.
  • And decide together if working together is the right fit.
