BASED ON THE 2023 NEEDS ASSESSMENT: Valeo Research Institute conducted a needs assessment in early 2023 to discern the current opportunities, obstacles, and trajectory for our global member care community. 175 member care professionals, mission leaders, and concerned global workers shared their sentiments and perspective. This chapter and workshop draws on those results to clarify the next steps we can take individually and collectively as our discipline of member care moves forward with the aid and for the glory of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
